About this event

Join a drop-in session in the Discovery Zone at the Dead Zoo Lab. Meet a Museum Educator, explore real and replica natural history objects, then take a self-guided activity sheet to draw your favourite animal.

The theme of these events will be Let's Explore...The Beach!

Touch and inspect up close the handling collections of real and replica shells, egg cases, fossils and wet specimens. Add your own sea creature to our rockpool in the big draw as we make a piece of collaborative art.

Families, with children ages 7+

Museum visitors interested in learning more about Irish wildlife

Children must be fully supervised by a parent or responsible adult.
